I have Outlook 2003 and would really like to be able to customize the color
labels to suit my appointment designations in my calendar. As it stands, I
only use about three of them and have taken to adding "headings" to the text
instead. Very inefficient. Is there anyway to do this currently? Thanks.

Right click on the appointment, select Label-Edit Label. Rename them to
what you want.
