Default Send email with MAPI doesn't save mails in sent items

Hi all,

In my app I use MAPI to send e-mail with OE.
All works fine but the sent mails are not saved in the SentItems Folder.
I try with many functions found googling but are all the same....
This happens in many PC with Winxp and win2000, all the clients have IMAP accounts.

What could be? What can I do?

Many Thanks.
