When I start Outlook Express I can usually receive my email once and then I
get the following error message:

The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'mail.****.net', Server:
'mail.****.net', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error:
10061, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

If I reboot the computer I can usually receive mail once and the same
problem occurs. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
