that dialog box click on "Test Account Settings". That will come up with
error messages that can be used to diagnose the problem.
I did this and the test message did not show up. If I clicked on
send/receiev then I got the test message. What can I do so that the
message shows up without having to go to send/receive all the time?
You don't need to. The "Test Account Settings" box will show errors IN THE
BOX if there are any. Wait for the Test Account Settings to complete.
