I shall also request that you refrain from posting in this group until you
have accurate information to post. Posting inaccurate information in a
newsgroup can do a lot of harm. You appear not to be able to distinguish
accurate information from inaccurate information.

This is a known issue in which the 'display as' value for email addresses
does not comform to the user-established preferences for sorting contacts.

There's not a fix yet for it and contrary to Russ's claim that nobody can
reproduce it, everyone else is having the same problem.
