Hi - In Outlook 2007, is the folder owner the only one who can change a

Screen Tips

Set a procedure to allow more fields to show in a popup screen tip in Outlook
2007 Calendar Appointments. Max of 4 or 5 should be plenty, and might work
well when using custom forms....
