Prevent Changes to Custom Form
Hi - In Outlook 2007, is the folder owner the only one who can change a
custom form, or can anyone who has edit/delete permission? If anyone can change it, can it be locked? Thanks.

Prevent Changes to Custom Form
Only a folder owner can publish a custom form to the folder, because it is a
hidden item and only folder owners can create, delete, and modify hidden items (which would also include custom views for that folder).
