Brian, Thanks for the response. I have Norton and also AVG running on the
computer, could this be doing it?

How do I find the setting to change me email in OUtlook to receive emails
with photos and text and not all this http//www........1234567etc.

Please help, I want to see the holiday ads and can't see...
