How do I send a distribution list by email?
I'm having the exact same problem---I'm doing everything per the
instructions---sending the DL from a friends computer --she has 2003---we
changed her mailbox to RIch Text.....we're sending it to...

OK, Russ---So today I went to my friend's office (I thought she might be
doing somethig wrong) and I attached all of her DLs to a email and sent it
to myself---they looked great on her end----but...

Thanks Russ! That is not the way I remember doing it, but just did an
experiment and it worked fine! I haven't needed to do this in such a long

imprt list
For one thing---always make sure your csv or excel file is CLOSED....it will
not work if you try to keep it open.....not sure if that is what is causing

Forward Distribution List to other user
I'm now using Outlook 2007. In the 2003 version we could send other people a
distribution list by going up to Actions and Forward. THe other person could
then open it and drag the list into...

memo style
Before you try to print...change the Current View (on the left) to Detailed
Address Card.....then when you go to print you have several options....I just
tried it and memo worked fine from this...

Change your view on the left hand side to DETAILED ADDRESS CARD....Then when
you go up to File -- Print you'll see lots of options for printing....and
they do include the notes. Hope this will...

Sending Distribution Lists via Email
You can also just click on it an hit Actions and Forward....When they recieve
it they just drag it to Contacts.

Duplicates when sync Palm and OL 2003
Am using OL 2003 and put the appointments in my pc and then sync.
SOMETIMES....not always....they duplicate themselves and I end up with 2
exact appointments on my OL and in my Palm. There doesn't...

My other post closed before I finished! Yikes!!! Anyway, it seems much
easier to just go with something like Veriozon, Comcast, etc.....that way she
can bypass that connector business entirely. ...
