HELP !!Lost data in my calendar...can it be recovered?

Yesterday while working with my cell company to hook up wireless sync between
my phone and pc, the cell overrided my pc and wiped out all events in my
calendar except "recurring" events.

Please...

How do I add the Label color option to my appointments screen?

Help!! I have Outlook 2000 and for some reason I've been unable to figure

I live on the east coast and at some point when setting up my computer, it
was set to Pacific Time...3 hours earlier.

As a result, all my email and communications show my time being off.
