yes, these messages would not open before and caused the hang up.
yes can loose all messages in inbox, we moved all the messages to be kept to
another folder. I was trying to follow your previous...

When I go to oe, the hour glass stays on. Cannot click on tools/ options,
etc. Cannot open or delete the email.
Rest of Computer and internet explorer works.

Have tried restarting the computer...

When I open some sounds, they work. When I try to open other sounds, they do
not work. For instance ,electronic Hallmark cards will not work. When I
boot up or close down, the sounds do not...

Now the e mail opens in outlook express with a single click. I want it to
