I have the same problem but it is 8 hours off because I am in the pacific

Usercontrol in custom form cant cut copy or paste

Microsoft's support group wanted to charge me $200'ish dollars just to tell
me that this was a "by design" shortcoming of Outlook. It filters key presses
(probably for the Edit menu shortcuts...
