how can I import my sent messages from hotmail
I can see sent in web hotmail, but I want them back in outlook

I did save old hotmail store, but cant import I think it was an .ost file

I accidently deleted my entire inbox file while holding shift

It happen with all, on one computer in the office I changed from html to
rich text and then it printed attachments, but not on another computer

Do you mean office updates or xp? maybe both

Always thought when I type first letter of an address and it shows up, it
was linked to address book
after clean install I find history gone

I cant archive
I looked at my archive folder there are 2 files

archive 2.2 gig
archive 3.2 gig

When I open outlook I can see my 2 archive folders
I tried closing outlook then moving...
