Group by Today and Yesterday
click on View, Arrange By, now click on 'Show in Groups' to unselect this
option.
I agree - I don't like this grouping.

Are you sure that the emails are not going to the junk folder ?
Make sure that he has added your email address as a safe sender.

Multiple email accounts
Not too sure what you mean by 'show' - but The limit is more than 2 not sure
what it I have a customer with 5 different email accounts coming into
OUTLOOK.

visual notification -- add-in?
I have it set such that my unread messages show up in red. That way I can
look at my screen from afar and see if any new ones have come in.

do you have the option checked to do a send/receive at any time other than
when OUTLOOK is not running or offline?

yes, I use the personal Folder Backup with OUTLOOK 2007 - works same way as
with previous versions.

I cant get my email through aol on outlook
Need more info - what version of OUTLOOK ?
This should work OK with any version.
the AOL site gives help on how to do this showing you the names of your
servers. It is IMAP mail. Hotmail is HTTP...

2 personal files
you can also rename the files - so rename your new outlook.pst file to
something totally different, then rename outlook1.pst to outlook.pst

Comcast send error with Outlook 2000
make sure , under Settings, that you have checked the box that says
'outgoing server requires authentication'

well usually if you forget your password to a site, there is a link to
'Forgot Password' and then your password is reset and sent to the email
address on record.
