Group by Today and Yesterday

click on View, Arrange By, now click on 'Show in Groups' to unselect this
option.

I agree - I don't like this grouping.

New calendar event(s) created in Outlook 2000 and 2003 do not appear in the calendar afterwards

check that the View is showing all Calendar items.

Are you sure that the emails are not going to the junk folder ?
Make sure that he has added your email address as a safe sender.

How do I use Outlook with a Hotmail E-mail address

Hotmail is HTTP mail and you need to specify that when you set up the
account. Is this what you did?

Multiple email accounts

Not too sure what you mean by 'show' - but The limit is more than 2 not sure
what it I have a customer with 5 different email accounts coming into
OUTLOOK.

I have it set such that my unread messages show up in red. That way I can
look at my screen from afar and see if any new ones have come in.

This should work OK with any version.
the AOL site gives help on how to do this showing you the names of your
servers. It is IMAP mail. Hotmail is HTTP...

you can also rename the files - so rename your new outlook.pst file to
something totally different, then rename outlook1.pst to outlook.pst

Someone sending mail from my outlook

It definitely sounds like a virus - MacAfee will stop the repeating emails.
Try Spybot to hunt it down.
