outgoing messages stuck in outbox while sending multiple times

I'm having a problem with friend's computer. He will send a
message but it stays in outbox and sends out multiple copies.

Any ideas for the fix??

I put in a good new anti-virus and did remove one...

I am trying to help a friend. They had outlook express with allnet and
have no idea about the server names. I can't find a source of info from
allnet but I do have the hard drive and wonder if that...

How to put a url link under a word link?

I have a url.swf that I want to send out to some friends but
I don't want to show the url. I just want them to click on
words, "click here" or something like that.

How do I do that??

Even though I have office 2007 set to English, OE is showing a French
dictionary for it. So my spell check doesn't work in OE.

Any ideas??
