How Can E-Mails Be Permanently Deleted??

Hello!

I have been told that whenever an Outlook Express user (using any version),
deletes an e-mail, it really ISN'T deleted ... but is actually stored
totally intact somewhere on the hard...

Spell Checker Not Functioning ...

Is there a way to get my "Spell Checker" working again? Every time I click
on it to check spelling before I send an e-mail, I get the error message,
"AN ERROR HAS OCCURRED".
