Actually, do the reverse. Copy the *.wab file to the other PC, then use the
Import feature in Outlook.

Is there a way to make replies to a msg we send somehow tell email recipients that "no response required"?

Setup and additional e-mail address account on your ISP server or Exchange
server and use that for sending your emails.

Then send up a Message Rule that anything replied to on that address, is...

Have you tried saying Yes? I believe it asks a time limit for processing to
occur. This is a one time setting.
