Outlook 2003 Not Connecting Over VPN with Windows 7

Cached mode normally. I did try with cache disabled, but as soon as I open
Outlook it gives Microsoft Exchange Server is unavailable error.
Only thing left that I can thing of trying is an update...

No error messages at all and nothing in the event viewer. The only visable
sign is the outlook status shows connecting briefly then disconnected.

Hi, i have spoken to virgin again and it looks like they have blocked the
links to my web sites because they consider them as spam etc - although i am
just using a free host. Its pretty bad though...
