Default Macros Do Not Run

I just moved from one computer to another. I copied that VBA macros, but
they do not run. I have security at Medium. Is there something I am missing?

Well, your post is missing the Outlook version, the type of macros
(event handlers or regular subs), how they are run (i.e. toolbar
button, activated by a rule, etc), whether the project is digitally
