I need outlook to automatically move all messages with a particular subject into a network folder.
Easy enough... Problem: Say I send, they reply, I send, they reply.. and multiple versions of the same message are created and dropped into this network folder. I need a some type of trick/methodology to replace the previous message with the most current email in this network folder. while deleting or moving the old messages out of the network folder. .
