Hi
I am hoping some one can help me with the following Basically every morning I get 180 emails on outlook 2003 each containing one attachment. Each email also contains the name that the file should be called.. But because these attachments are auto generated the attachment are given a random number as default.. I have to look at the name of the file on the body of the email and right click in the pdf attachment and rename it to match the name on the email and save it in a file either on desktop or outlook folder. EG Email comes in with attachment 123456789.pdf.. Email body says name is abc So I have to right click 123456789.pdf save target as abc.pdf in a folder of my choice.. Can anyone help me write a macro or a rule to do it automatically as this is very time consuming.. Many thanks |
