To the group:
My sincerest apologies if this is not the correct group to post this question. Outlook 2007 I have a user who needs to copy emails from their Inbox to various subfolders. They need a method of marking the emails already copied. (They use flags for other purposes so simply flagging the email is not an option - unfortunately) I tried to create a custom yes/no column field expecting a checkbox. Wrong. Is it possible to create such a checkbox column field? And if not, any suggestions for marking the emails would be greatly appreciated. I am fairly literate in Access and Ecel VBA but have limited experience in Outlook. My most gracious thanks for any assistance. John |
