Default Date/Time/Author stamp in Notes field?

Is there an easy way to get Outlook to include a Date/Time w/logged on user
stamp whenever something is typed into the Notes area on a Contact form?
Extra bonus would be some sort of nice formatting, too.

Thanks in advance.
