Default VBA help with Contacts and Distribution lists in Outlook 2003

i need a code or help with a code that can find all of the contacts that
arent in a certain distribution list and put them in it, and find all the
people in a certain distribution list that arent in the contacts and put them
in the contacts. I am doing this with MS Outlook 2003, and have little
programming experience, but would appreciate ANY help i can get. Especially
if you can code it for me if its no problem.
