My husband and I have separate accounts on the same computer. We work with
Outlook and roadrunner servers our e-mail addresses. Road Runner and HP (our computer) has directed me to Microsoft to correct this issue. The issue is that mail that is sent to my husband is showing up in my outlook inbox and missing his inbox completely. It appears that this is just a miss-setting somewhere but WHERE? That is the question, how do we fix the problem of misdirected e-mails that should be recieved by one account but are ending up in the other Outlook inbox? -- M. Boss |
