I regularly send emails to a large number of recipients, one recipient at a
time. I have been using Quick Parts to insert the body text, but I still have to re-select my preferences every time I send a new message. I need a macro or form that will fill in the repetitive information and prompt me to change the: *mail recipient *subject *attachment *recipient's name (body) *invoice due date I need this macro to automatically select the following settings: *request read receipt *change message importance (high) Is this possible? Can I create a button in Outlook that will automatically generate this macro? I have never worked with macros, and cannot find enough information in the Visual Basic Editor help to learn on my own. -- Savannah |

It's possible to do something like that. Take a look at
http://www.outlookcode.com/d/forms/skedrpt.htm as a possible starting point for what you want. -- Ken Slovak [MVP - Outlook] http://www.slovaktech.com Author: Professional Programming Outlook 2007.
