Default The Operation Failed

I have an outlook custom message form with vbscript behind it that generates
and sends an email message. The Operation Failed error occurred when the
vbscript tries to send an email message.

The "To:" field in the custom form has defaulted to a certain email address
in the properties of the Control. Following the suggestions provided by
theMicrosoft Help and Support Article:262523 did not resolve the problem.

Our environment is using Outlook 2003 rather than Outlook 2000 where the
solutions in the article applies.

Please help!
