Default VBA Converter program for excel 2007

I have a problem every time I open my Ecel 2007. A window occurs saying:

"To open this VBA project you need a component which is not installed at the
moment. This file will open without the VBA project. If you want further
information you need to go to the Microsoft Office Online and type in "VBA
Converter Programs" (in Danish 'VBA-konvertertingsprogrammer')."

So I did this, however, nothing could help me. I also have updated
everything on my computer!! What should I do to get rid of this message??
