Hi Folks,
I work in a finance department and we need to close our accounts of by the 10th working day in each month. I'm trying to use outlook to schedule certain tasks that need to be completed by certain days of the month. i.e. Day 2 - Close off Sales Ledger, Day 3 - Reconcile S/L, Day 7 - Accruals Posted etc etc Example if i take March 2008. Day1 = 3rd March (mon), Day2 = 4th (tues), D3 = 5th (wed), D4 = 6th (thurs), D5 = 7th (fri) D6 = 8th (MON), D7 = 9th (TUE), Does anyone know if this is possible , ive tried it but it seems to fail after a certain day, i think most probaly when the first weekend occurs? Any help on this would be appreciated. Thanks in advance! |
