Default Paste Special Macro

What is a macro for "Past Special Unformatted Text" that I can put on the
Tool bar?
How can I assign a shortcut key to it?

Thanks for any advice!

I'm trying to duplicate the macros that I have in Word and Excel that
perform the same task.
