Default Download mails to harddisk and delete from outlook

Hello,

I want a code to download all the mails which are 1 month old to the
harddisk and delete the copy from the outlook.

I need this in order to clear my mailbox and to have old mail stored for
future reference.

I know Archieve is the option, but I am unable to pst folder because of my
company's electronic policy.
