Default Learning VBA

Hello,

I don't know anything about vba programming apart from its usage.
I would like to learn vba programming which I can use in Outlook, so that
the code simply download the mail or its attachement to my designated folder
in harddisk.

I am actually in search for such code. Until now i couldn't able to find it
on web.

Can anyone suggest me how i can get such codes or how i can learn vba
programming?
