Hi All,
We use Outlook at work and we have fairly strict storage limits for email (I think it's set to 85mb). I have a PST file set up on my hard drive with a mirror of my normal outlook folders and I spend a lot of time 'pruning' emails from my normal outlook folders into my archive folders. I was thinking it would be very useful to have a button so that I could highlight one or more email messages in the list view and click the button and have them automatically moved to the corresponding folder in the archive folder. Can anyone give me any assistance or guidance in achieving this? Many thanks! pt |
