The options for choosing to use Word (2003 and 2002) as the email
editor are grayed out, as is the pull-down for changing to HTML from Plain Text. Is there a registry key that I can flip for this? FYI, Detect and Repair did not fix this issue. The user was editing her signature when this occurred and now her Signature opens in Notepad (no option to choose Word). It looks to me like Outlook doesn't know that Word is installed (it is and works fine). |
