Default Message text has odd coding in Outlook emails

One of my co-workers have been sending emails that look like this.

First of all, apologies that the materials hadn $B!G (Jt appeared online
yet. The show page is at this point up under our $B!H (JView all rental
productions $B!I (J link from the home page, and it will appear on the home
page the week of your show.

It only seems to be punctuation. Anyone know how to fix it?

Melissa
