file://c:\testdel.xls file:c:\testdel.xls -`-`-`-`-`-`-`-` "Rohan Salt" wrote: You used to be able to insert an hyperlink into an RTF message that contains spaces in the path by enclosing the the link in chervrons (ie ).. so for example file:\\dingbat\ourdocs\rohan.salt\Frogs and Dogs\000212.rohan.salt.doc would end up being a usable link to a recipient.. Outlook2003 RTF converts it to HYPERLINK "file:\\\\dingbat\\ourdocs\\rohan.salt\\Frogs and Dogs\\000212.rohan.salt.doc"file:\\dingbat\ourdocs \rohan.salt\Frogs and Dogs\000212.rohan.salt.doc which doesnt work.. has anybody go an alternative (besides telling my client that their 1400 staff should all user html mail format) -- Rohan Salt Director Hillcrest Computer Services |
