I work in Outlook 2003 with SP3. Since the last update my email template has
been giving an error: "The custom form could not be opened. Outlook will use
an Outlook form instead." When I click ok the template opens and when I
check the options for the voting buttons have been removed.

The same message has a button that says: "Show Help" When I click on it a
list of possible fixes appear.
1. Install SP1 (descarted I have SP3)
2. Clear the Outlook 2003 forms cache (done and problem persists)
3. If you are trying to open a Business Contact record... (buzz, not the case)

I tried making the email template several times, each time omiting a
specific feature or setting and found out that the Voting buttons are causing
the problem. But I have no idea of how to fix that. For the moment I'm
using a work around, but it's time consuming and I work with this in a daily
basis.

I tried to make the system Administrator revert the update by restoring the
system to an earlier point, but the company's policy does not permit that
manouver.

Does anyone has any idea of what is going on? How to fix it? Does this post
is reviewed by Microsoft's developers? PLEASE HELP!
