Default Customized forms in Outlook 2007

Hi,

I'm trying to design a "Meeting Request" form with a page 2, where I can
order some services for the meeting. It's not a problem for me to design the
page with dropdowns, menus, checkboxes and so on.

When I have published my new meeting request form I can also mark up the
checkboxes and write in the textboxes.

But when I have sent the meeting request the invited people can't see what I
have filled in. When I'm checking my own meeting request in my calendar I
can't see it either.

Why not? Why will the information not be saved?

Thanks in advance.

/Bjarne

In order for other people to see the form layout, you need to publish it to
the Organizational Forms library on the Exchange Server with the "send form
definition with item" box unchecked. Each control where you want to display
data stored in the item should be bound to a corresponding standard or custom
Outlook property; see http://www.outlookcode.com/article.aspx?ID=38
