Hi,
I often require to write some common/same kind of email with just email address, subject and first line of the email i.e. customer name ( e.g. Hi Mark, ) different. When I open the new email window or reply window or open new email by clicking on the link in my software, It is adding signature automatically. So most of the time I require to insert text in the middle of the first line and signature. Right now I am copying from the saved word file and paste it in the middle. Is there any way to insert the text in the middle of the email edit window from the outlook email window? Thanks, |
