Default Outlook Script: How to use list like table

Hi all,

I want to put data in a list, but in a specific format, each line contain 5
element, this list will contain about 20 line, and I want to pick up any
field of the 100 items (5 x 20) directly by it's "coordonées" x and y
I've seen an example but don't remember it
