I would like to respond automatically to people who request files and can't
automate the process. I'm sure it's simple, and I'm missing something. Example: I receive an email that requests info on a project. If it contains keywords 'send me' 'Dallas installation' and 'progress report' I would like it to respond with a template that includes an attachment. i.e. one rule would send the progress report on Dallas, another on Flagstaff installation etc. The key is that in each it would formulate a response based on matching words, and respond and automatically and attach the correct file based on words in the message. Possible or am I dreaming? Thank you, Erin |
