I created a new form to suit our needs in the office for posting in public
folders. But it isn't allowing attachments when you post which is crucial for our needs for posting. Any advice is welcome. |

Make sure that the Notes/Message control is not removed from the form design.

Thanks, this did solve the problem.
My signature info autmatically pops up in the message box- how can I stop this from happening? It doesn't allow me to edit inside the message box itself... You should always turn off the autosignature before starting a form design session. Now that you already have it on the form, you can run the form, delete the signature and save the form as an .oft file. Then, open the .oft file with Tools | Forms | Design a Form to finish up the design and publish.
