Default Public Folder forms

Exchange 2003 in Windows 2003. Outlook 2003.
http://support.microsoft.com/default...b;en-us;817809 - changed
message class for a Public Folder.
We want to create a custom form for this folder. When a user replies to
messages in this folder, we need the From field to be prefilled.
Is this possible?
