hi all
my team uses a shared mailbox, I'd like to make so that when an email is received into the Inbox folder of the mailbox some radio buttons and check boxes are automatically added (made available) for all incoming emails. Is there a way to automatically apply a form to all messages in the inbox? I have tried to create a custom form (starting from a default Message form I have added a few radio buttons just as a test) . Is this the way to go? I mean 1) create a custom form (based on Message) 2) set the form as the default form for Inbox ? |
