Default How do I create drop down boxes in Outlook Task Forms?

I can do some customizing of the forms, but I haven't been successful at
creating the drop-down boxes. Does anyone know of an Advanced Outlook
training book, online class or something? I only find basic Outlook
information when I search. Customizing forms and importing/exporting data
with Excel are areas I am interested in.
