Can someone please advice? Have you published the form somewhere? Have you set the target email address's format property to always send in rtf? You do this by opening the contact item containing the target e-mail address, right-clicking the e-mail address field, choose properties, and then select the rtf format from the dropdown listbox in OL2003, or checking the box labeled always send to this address using rtf.
