Default OL2003 Outlook Forms don't display in Preview Pane

I am working on creating a form in Outlook for Travel Requests. The form
seems to work exactly as intended, except that you cannot view any of the
information in the preview pane. I am using a single-view form, as I was
thinking I'd be lazy and not complicate the form. I found some posts that
suggest you do that after I noticed this issue.

Any advice, comments, or suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Cheers...

That's entirely normal. The reading pane can show only the fields you'd usually see in a message.

You could also try Form Regions with Outlook 2007 - they work with the
preview pane.
