I have Outlook 2003. I created a New Mail Message typing in text in the
message field and saving this as an .OFT file. Then I published this form. My problem is when a user uses this form, their signature block pops in at the top of the message field instead of at the end. Since the text in the field is like a letter, I need the signature to appear at the end so it appears they're signing the letter. Can this be done? Thanks in advance! |

No, Outlook always inserts the automatic signature at the top of the message. If you're using Word as the editor, you might want to show the user how to use AutoText to insert boilerplate text at the end.
