Hi,
I am trying to manage a groups tasks in Outlook but find the default task behaviour limiting. (I am running Outlook 2003 on Exchange Server 2003) Tasks have the great ability to be assigned to other people, but once the task is assigned, the person who originally created the task is unable to edit the task. All I really need is for the manager to be able to add additional comments to the task after it has been assigned. Any suggestions on how to do this? Is it possible for me to create a custom form, that if it is sent (or assigned) to another person, the sender still has a link to the original, like tasks do? |
