Hello,
I created a custom form based on the Message Class. Now when I run the form and send it to myself not 1 of the form fields are in the message that I receive. This is a Survey form and I will be sending it to my external customers soliciting feedback. I'm using Outllook 2007 without an Exchange server. I tried checking "Send form definition with item" and "Use form only for responses" which didn't help? If this isn't going to work, what might be a suitable option for emailing survey forms? Vic |
